Bruce Doctor founded Doctor's Lawn & Landscape in 1986, but his days working outdoors started very early in life with a single lawn mower that his Great Aunt Mae helped to buy. One yard led to another, and the business sustained through his college years, and then grew into one of the most reputable landscape design companies in Kansas City and Lake of the Ozarks.
