Each installation includes comprehensive planning, equipment selection, and precise implementation to ensure long-term reliability and cost-effectiveness.
Landscape Lighting
We design and install custom landscape lighting systems that enhance property aesthetics and functionality. Our solutions include LED technology, moon lighting, and security-focused illumination. Each project considers architectural features, plant growth patterns, and client preferences to create visually striking nighttime environments that increase safety and property value.
Yard Drainage Systems
Our yard drainage systems address water accumulation issues through professionally engineered underground pipe networks. We install downspout connections, catch basins, and channel drains to protect properties from water damage. Each solution considers existing grading challenges and local climate conditions to ensure lasting effectiveness and prevent foundation damage.
LED Retrofit
We upgrade existing lighting systems to energy-efficient LED technology while maintaining aesthetic integrity. Our retrofitting service preserves original fixtures while incorporating modern LED components that reduce energy consumption and maintenance costs. This solution extends the lifespan of current installations while improving illumination quality and environmental sustainability.

Everything was pretty great from the time I called to ask about getting a quote for lots of things I chose not to do at this time. The response time for every question or idea I had was very timely. Even now that the work has been completed I am still in communication with them, because they want to make sure I am satisfied. The pricing was pretty close to others that I asked for a quote at the same time. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need or try to convince me with a big idea that they had for my yard. I am totally satisfied with the work and the service that comes with it.

Chesapeake Irrigation and Lighting satisfactorily addressed my exterior landscape lighting needs. After researching several companies, I chose Chesapeake because of their pricing, ideas for lighting placement, and quality of lighting products. Todd was excellent. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The installers were equally professional and courteous. Most importantly, they were timely and diligent.
Their workmanship was outstanding and the cleanup following installation was thorough. Icing on the cake was that Todd and the installers followed COVID safety protocols ensuring everyone's safety. I highly recommend Chesapeake and won't hesitate to call on them again for any future lighting needs.
