Services
Landscape Design
Our landscape design service creates customized outdoor environments that enhance property aesthetics and functionality. We work closely with clients to develop plans incorporating sustainable materials, efficient drainage systems, and visually appealing plant arrangements. With over 30 years of experience, our team ensures every design balances beauty with practicality while maintaining budget constraints.
Masonry Construction
Specializing in masonry construction, we build durable and attractive hardscape features including patios, retaining walls, and walkways. Our skilled craftsmen use premium materials like natural stone, concrete blocks, and brick pavers to create long-lasting structures that improve property value. Each project receives owner supervision to guarantee quality execution.
Basement Waterproofing
Our basement waterproofing solutions protect properties from water damage through advanced drainage systems and foundation sealing techniques. We install French drains, sump pumps, and exterior waterproofing membranes to address both existing moisture issues and prevent future problems. This service extends building longevity while preserving indoor air quality.
Outdoor Kitchens
We design and construct custom outdoor kitchens that expand living spaces into functional entertainment areas. Using weather-resistant materials and premium appliances, our installations feature integrated cooking stations, dining areas, and storage solutions. Each project combines aesthetic appeal with practical usability for year-round enjoyment.
Retaining Walls
Our retaining wall installations provide both structural support and decorative enhancement for properties with elevation changes. Constructed from durable materials like concrete blocks, natural stone, or timber, these walls prevent soil erosion while creating usable flat spaces. We incorporate proper drainage systems to ensure long-term stability.

Mo's and his team did a great job with our back yard patio, retaining wall and landscaping. He was one of the few contractors that we have used that was able to keep the confidence of myself and my wife. One of the bushes died and he immediately came to replace it. Overall a very pleasant experience Services: Custom masonry, Stone masonry

Mo was great in helping us design and build our backyard patio. We had a disconnected space between our deck and a lower level patio that we never used. We had multiple designers review and Mo quickly knew how to connect the space. He also handled all of the drainage and lighting. In the end, we have a beautiful blue stone patio and natural gas fire pit. Mo was easy to work with and provided various options with different price points. We are very happy with the outcome of the project. We would definitely recommend Curb Appeal Design.

Mo did a wonderful job with his team. We went from a 1990s back deck to a blue stone patio and the end result was just what we wanted. Rose was always available to help behind the scenes. Will definitely use them again for future projects! Service: Custom masonry

Mo and his team installed 100+ trees for us. They did this smoothly in one week. Communication with Mo is direct and he gives his honest opinion with so many years of experience under his belt. Rose also did great corresponding. He also taught me how to maintain and care for the new plantings. He works closely with the nursery so special orders are a piece of cake for him. I would highly recommend Mo and his team not only for his expertise but also for the care, diligence, and honesty he puts into his work. He is on site making sure things are done as if it were to his own home. Highly recommend!
